How it Works
At Wellness Weighs your weight loss and health goals are our goals, and we’re here to help you achieve and maintain them. It all starts with a Free Consultation where you will meet in office with one of our certified coaches to see if the program is the right fit for you. Once you have made the commitment to yourself and to your coach to begin the journey, we will have you fill out a comprehensive health history. This will be reviewed by your coach as well as a medical professional.
Once you have begun the program, you will come in weekly to meet with your coach. Your coach is there between visits to call, text or email. Our goal is to help educate you along the way so that this can truly be your last diet! You can expect to consistently lose between 2-5 pounds of fat per week in the weight loss phase. During this phase, you will be consuming three of our meals per day, along with vegetables and lean protein. This phase will last until you have achieved your personal goal and we will begin to phase you off of the Wellness Weighs foods and back to whole foods. There are no contracts, and we never charge for coaching sessions, only for the food and supplements you need.
Once you have achieved your goal, we will move you through phases 2 and 3 of weight loss program. These are quick and straightforward phases where you will phase out of the Wellness Weighs foods back to whole foods while learning the proper food combinations to set you up for easy weight maintenance. You will continue meeting with your coach weekly during these phases. Our goal on our weight loss phases is to reset your pancreases and take you from being insulin resistant (aka the reason we gain weight so easily) to properly processing carbs and sugars to maintain our new weight more easily.
Now that you have achieved your weight loss goals and phased back to 100% whole foods let’s get you living your best life! In our phase 4 maintenance phase, you will continue to meet with your coach 1-2 times a month. We do this for at least the first year as it is the most crucial time to ensure you don’t slip into old habits and also help you perfect the new ones and maintain your weight. Because food in the real world is set up to make us gain weight, we will set a trigger number so that if (and probably when) you hit that number, you will jump back to phase 1 for a week or two to shed those unwanted pounds and reset your pancreas. There is no vaccine against weight gain, and almost everyone that does a fad diet regains the weight. We are proud to say that with our medically backed proven system, those who follow the phases and continue to come in for maintenance visits can keep the weight off, for life!
